Baart: Jesus must earn right to speak

This is part ten in a series of charges stemming from Aaron Baart’s chapel service from March of 2015 regarding sexuality. This is the tenth charge:

During Aaron’s sermon he says “in the context of the establishment of a relationship, this is when Jesus has earned the right to speak and people want to hear.”

Does the second person of the Trinity, the Living Word, need to earn anything?

This is false teaching.

Jesus preached to the 5,000, did He have a relationship with each one? What about Jonah to the Ninevites? What about Peter at Pentecost? Does Light need to have a relationship with darkness and get permission to shine?

Try to appreciate the irony — all things visible and invisible are created by and through the Word (Jesus) and Aaron puts conditions on His speaking! Nothing would even be here if Jesus, the Word of God didn’t speak us into being!

Why would Aaron say this but to keep Christians from saying homosexuality is sin. This is a common tactic of the Room for All (RCA) and All One Body (CRC) groups.
